Where? Formal English classes take place at Casa Cleopa in a small village. Bracana is 38Kms from Granada, Spain and near Granada airport.
When? March - June September - December Classes begin 9am on the morning after arrival.
How long? Minimum: 3 days Recommended 2 weeks. Minimum: 4 classes per day. The total number of lessons is entirely your choice. For rapid progress, 20 hours per week is recommended.
Content? The majority of learners aim at improving their fluency. However, you may wish to focus on accuracy, pronunciation, or another other language skill. I have extensive experience teaching ESP, EAP, Business English, IELTS Preparation and General English. Specific goals will be set for your individual course that are realistic for the timeframe and can be measured at the end. Assessment and planning will form the first lesson, with a weekly review of course objectives. You can enjoy morning classes with an additional activity option in the afternoons or evening. It depends on your budget and how much time you want to spend in my company in formal or informal classes. Informal classes are opportunities to practise speaking.
Lessons? Lessons can be held formally in a 'classroom', or informally in real world contexts (cafe, library, street, Art galleries, museums, markets, hiking, or strolling around Granada.) They are personalised lessons, so you decide how you would like to spend your time. My job as an English expert is to be your guide. Day 1: Assessment / Define Specific Language Goals, What you need your English for? Who do you want to communicate with in English? What are your key areas of need during the course?
Methodology? You are the course book! You will engage in discussions on a wide range of topics that are of interest to you. A variety of free resources are available online can also be used. (Youtube, BBC, TED Talks, photos, worksheets, magazines, newspapers etc.)
What do I need to I bring? Pencil and notebook / dictionary or use an online one / laptop or tablet. Multi-media is often used during lessons and for self-study.

Option 2. HOTELaccommodationin Moraleda de Zafayona. (10-minute drive from classes at Casa Cleopa, Bracana, so you would need to arrange your own transport.)
Rates? Vary depending on: how many hours of classes / additional activities / accommodation. 25 Euros per person (45-minute class) / minimum 4 classes per day per person.
Payment? 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the dates. 30% is due 4 weeks before the start of the course. 40% balance is due in cash on the first day of the course.
